NDT Law is a law firm that has been operating in the fields of commercial disputes, national and international arbitration, mediation, and legal consultancy for companies since 2005. Our founding partner, Attorney Nurdeniz Tunçer, is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law and has over twenty years of professional experience in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, arbitration, mediation, construction law, energy law, and immigration law. She has an academic level of English and a beginner level of Spanish.

We provide consultancy to companies operating in Turkey and abroad on establishing the legal framework in investment processes, preparing complex commercial contracts, legal infrastructure of projects, investor relations, and dispute resolution.

It develops strategies compatible with different legal systems by representing clients in international arbitration proceedings and cross-border mediation processes.

Nurdeniz Tunçer is a leader recognized not only for her legal activities but also for her social impact. In 2014, together with Maggie Moore, the wife of the British Ambassador, she founded Turkey's first Guide Dogs Association; and has carried out national and international work on accessibility, the right to independent living, and the full participation of disabled individuals in social life. The association; Through projects carried out with the British Council, the British Embassy, PTT, and various institutions, significant steps have been taken in Turkey towards the recognition of the rights of the visually impaired.

Tunçer, who has been awarded by many national and international organizations for both his legal work and social contributions, adopts a legal approach that is strong in commercial vision, considers social benefit, and is solution-oriented.
